Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once your item ships.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping within the United States and Europe. Estimated delivery times:

• USA: 5–7 business days
• Europe: 10–15 business days
• International: Shipping fees and times vary based on location

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on non-custom products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom or made-to-measure curtains are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

To start a return, contact us at info@hlgoos.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is in production or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Custom Products

We specialize in custom curtain and shade designs. Please ensure all measurements and customization details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
