Shipping Support

All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times vary by region, with standard shipping available to the U.S., Europe, and international destinations. If your tracking number hasn't updated within 48 hours, please reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-measure curtains are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. For exchange requests or return instructions, please email us with your order number and item details.
