At Shade & Light, we are dedicated to delivering your curtains and custom window treatments with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Please review our shipping details below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and Europe.

  • United States: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after shipping
  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days after shipping
  • International Orders: Delivery times and rates vary by location

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Please note that custom curtains and made-to-measure items may require additional processing time. We will notify you if any delays are expected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes in most cases; however, some carriers may have limitations. For specific delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. SHADE & LIGHT HAIR STUDIO LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes in your country.
