1. What types of curtains do you offer?
We offer a wide range of curtains including blackout curtains, sheer curtains, thermal curtains, and layered combinations — all customizable.
2. Can I order a custom size curtain?
Absolutely! Most of our products can be made to your exact measurements. Just choose "Custom Size" when placing your order and input your dimensions.
3. How do I measure my windows correctly?
We recommend measuring the width of your window and adding 6–12 inches on each side for full coverage. The height should include any rod height you prefer.
4. Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes! We provide fabric swatches for many of our curtain styles. Please contact us with the styles you’re interested in.
5. Are your blackout curtains 100% light-blocking?
Our premium blackout curtains block up to 95–100% of light depending on the fabric and color selected.
6. What mounting options do you support?
We support rod pocket, grommet, back tab, and pleated header styles. Choose your preferred option during checkout.
7. How do I clean the curtains?
Most curtains are machine washable on gentle cycle or can be steam cleaned. Please check the care label for specific fabric instructions.
8. Do you provide curtain rods or hardware?
We currently do not sell rods or installation hardware, but we provide recommendations with each product for best compatibility.
9. Can I make changes after placing a custom order?
We allow changes within 12 hours of placing a custom order. After that, production may have begun and changes may not be possible.
10. Do you offer installation services?
Not at the moment. However, we provide detailed installation guides to make it easy to install our products yourself or with a local professional.
11. Are your fabrics eco-friendly?
Many of our fabrics are OEKO-TEX® certified and free from harmful substances. Eco options are noted in the product details.
12. Can I order curtains for extra-wide windows?
Yes! We can create panels up to 200 inches wide. For extra-wide windows, we recommend using two or more panels for easier handling.
13. What if my curtain arrives wrinkled?
Wrinkles may occur during shipping. We recommend hanging the curtain and using a steamer for best results.
14. How do I know which fabric works best for me?
Consider whether you want light filtering or full blackout, as well as the decor style of your space. Our team can help recommend the best match.
15. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or resolve the issue promptly.
16. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Shipping times and fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
17. Are your curtains lined?
Some curtains come with lining options including blackout and thermal linings. Product listings specify if lining is included or available as an add-on.
18. How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Custom curtains typically take 7–10 business days to produce, plus shipping time depending on your location.
19. Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
Yes! We offer special pricing for interior designers, hotels, or commercial orders. Contact us for a quote.
